HUMANITARIAN MISSION INTO SOUTH-EASTERN SHAN STATES

Dictator Watch has posted photography and a summary mission report from a recent humanitarian mission to Burma, of March 11-25 into the South-Eastern Shan States. This report includes interviews with SPDC rape victims and documentation of other SPDC war crimes, and also of its involvement in the narcotics trade.
