IMAGES OF THAI CULTURE

Considering all the time I have spent in Thailand, this is only the briefest of tastes of my experience and photography. However, I do think the images capture a feel for the heart of Thai culture. One hopes, given the changes which are now underway in the society, that this will survive.

The first photo is from the Royal Palace complex in Bangkok. The latter three are from the 1991 Surin elephant festival in the northeast of the country.
